In 1942, the Nazis seek to harness the advanced alien technology of Atlantis to turn the tide of World War II, and they are searching for four elemental crystals to power the city. Indiana Jones is drawn into the conflict by Lady Amelia Croft, whose father devoted his life to researching Atlantis. Together, they race to find the remaining crystals, traveling to the perilous Temple of Fire and the submerged Temple of Water. Along the way, they face deadly traps, outsmart the Nazis, and retrieve the elusive crystals. When they return to Atlantis and raise the ancient city from the depths, the Allies seize control, eager to harness its power for their own weapons development. As the technology is integrated into the Manhattan Project, Indy becomes disillusioned, realizing that the very force that could end the war is being used to create a new kind of destruction.
