To really understand whether a business is doing well, you need to first figure out what KPIs to look at.
“KPI” stands for “key performance indicators” and these are usually leading indicators that will help you forecast your revenue and expenses ahead of time.
This is a more advanced topic but it can come up in interviews, especially if you get a case study question.
