Jason Rivera is an investor, entrepreneur and author who manages investment portfolios and is looking to acquire businesses and commercial real estate. In the first 11 years of his career, he produced 21.5% average annual investment returns for the portfolios he manages. He’s gone after acquisitions of commercial real estate and businesses worth more than $120 million in total. He’s advised and consulted with companies that have access to more than $1 billion in capital all over the world. He was a member of the Rutgers University CX Advisory Board from 2017 to 2020. He and his team have helped feed more than 1,000 people in the Philippines with their charitable donations. He’s a professionally trained writer and copywriter who has written two of his own books: How To Value Invest and On Float.
