Okay, so last week we talked about pop-up markets and getting your booth set up. So if any of you are resellers out there, whether you're on Depop, eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Poshmark...
Am I missing a few? You know, if you are selling on one platform, why aren't you selling on all of them? Because here's the thing. Someone may be looking for what you have, but they are just on the wrong platform. So today we're going to dive into a game changing tool.
tool for anyone in the reselling business, which is Vendoo.com. I pay for my own account there and I have been using it for about four months. Wanted to get really, um, into, or what's the word out acclimated with it. Um,
Before I told you guys. So whether you're a seasoned seller managing multiple platforms or you're just starting out, Vindu can help streamline the process of listing, cross-posting, and managing your inventory all in one place. And it's really affordable too. So if you've ever felt overwhelmed by trying to keep up with reselling like myself, this episode is for you.
So I am logging into my account right now. I also have a wonderful referral link in the episode description. I encourage you guys to use it to get started. Um, I got to figure out what the perks are for you guys by using that referral link. So I'll let you know momentarily. Um, but yeah,
Depop, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed, Mercari, Poshmark, Shopify, Whatnot, and then this V. I don't know what that V is. But those are all of the marketplaces that Vendoo syncs together. So
I find it the easiest to make my listings on eBay because I can hit the sell one like this and already have the template started. So I typically start with eBay and then once they're all up there, I go in my Vindu. I like doing it on desktop, but they also have a mobile version. And then I just cross list to every other platform. And I've learned so much. I've learned how much like smaller things sell on Marketplace and
Facebook marketplace than I thought. And people are paying full price for things. Now they also just upgraded the site. And this is why I wanted to do this episode. They have auto offers and on my Depop store, I get thousands of likes every day. And Depop does not have a system where you can mass send offers like,
automatically you can go in and pick a product and send them, but it's so much manual work. So I love, love, love, love the option to auto send offers and you can totally cater it to the percentage discount you want to send. You can exclude certain items. It's so smart.
So Vendoo is a software designed for resellers to manage inventory and listings across multiple platforms, just like I mentioned, but why should you care? It solves a problem because listing on multiple platforms can be time consuming and time is money and it can just be so fucking tedious. So Vendoo makes it efficient by centralizing your workflow.
Some of the key features they have are cross-listing, inventory management, analytics, I always want to say analytics, and automatic delisting of sold items across platforms. Remember in last week's episode, I was telling you
God, how time consuming it is to delete things from all my stores when I sell them at markets. Well, Vendoo makes it so much easier. They also have a referral plan if you want to join, so you can let your fellow resellers know as well and then get a discount on your subscription.
Okay, I just looked it up. You guys are going to get 25% off your first month subscription when you use my referral link. So that is the discount. So let's get into the next segment on how Vendoo works. Getting started is really simple. You create an account and link your selling platforms. You're going to just start syncing up those products.
Now I had so many depop listings, my syncing kind of got screwed up. It wasn't syncing everything, but the customer support was super easy to work with. We set up a zoom call and they fixed it quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
Next is creating listings. So you can create them within Vendoo, or like I said at the beginning of this episode, I like to do it on eBay and then cross list in the app, but you can input your item details once and Vendoo formats it to all other platforms. Now let's say your shipping is pretty standard across platforms. You can save certain settings about items, shipping
shipping, for example, so that it auto fills these forms. It's going to save so much time. Like it just keeps saving time the more I use it. And then the cross posting with a few clicks, your item is listed on multiple marketplaces and you don't have to use all of them if you don't want to, but I encourage you to try Facebook marketplace, uh, check out my Facebook marketplace episode so that you guys know how to safely sell on there.
In managing your sold items, Vendoo automatically will delist sold items from other platforms to avoid double selling. Now I double check, like I sold something on Depop the other day and I went into my Poshmark and I was like, it's gone because Vendoo just automatically delisted it. So feel free to double check for peace of mind and the analytics they offer can really help with your profit margins and your sell through rate, all the stuff that you will just learn as you go.
Now, benefits for resellers. Time, time, time. Spend less time on admin tasks and more time on sourcing great inventory. I think that's why so many people quit
reselling so often because they just love sourcing, but they hate listing. And I hear so many of you getting frustrated and then you have all this backstock of inventory and then it turns into a hoarding situation. So this is going to be essential for saving time. The inventory insights are also super helpful to track what's selling, when it's selling, and which platforms are your top performers. You might be
so surprised that things are selling on whatnot. And I feel like we often feel certain ways about apps without even trying or experiencing them. But there are so many audiences out there that we need to give a chance to.
Vendoo also has customizable plans. They offer tiered pricing plans. You can choose what fits your business size and needs. So let's go to the Vendoo pricing because I want to be as transparent with you guys as
as I can. I feel like it's very low cost with such a high return. When you just Google Vendoo pricing, the page it takes you to shows yearly pricing where you will obviously save if you pay yearly, but I never want to commit paying like hundreds of dollars if I'm not even sure what
Like, here's the thing. You want to try it for a few weeks, maybe a few months before you commit to a year. Okay. So change it to monthly billing and start with a free plan. You can cross list five items, but you're going to get used to it. And then if you're like, okay, I'm ready to sit down at a coffee shop once a week and cross list 20 up to 20, 25 items, then move up to the starter plan. That's $8.99 a month. And then the simple plan is 20 a month with 125 items. But I'm going to be honest.
I had 400 listings on Depop and I thought with a click of the button, they would all cross list, but you have to go through these products individually. And I was like, well, that kind of stinks now after I list, I'm having to go through everything one by one. But once you start auto saving those things, like I was telling you about, like the shipping rules, um, things like that, um,
All it's pretty much doing, for example, is if you have your Depop listing up on Vindu, you're just going to hit the eBay marketplace and it's going to auto fill everything. So just do a once over, say everything looks good, and then cross list it. It only takes a few seconds. If your core listings are already done really well, then cross listing is going to be a breeze.
So I signed up for the plan that was like the plus plan, which was 30 a month for 250 items, but I couldn't even get through 10 to 20 items a week. So unless you're really good with your time and what's the word you like, you are very organized and manage your to-do list well, I would just start small until you like really commit to it. So with the yearly billing, you get up to two months free.
So the annual plans include lots of more features. They have stale listing reminders, inventory spreadsheets you can download, mobile app access,
unlimited cross posting. I mean, just imagine if you hired someone on Upwork or Fiverr just to cross list for you, if, if this is just too overwhelming, but it's gonna save so much time. I'm so sorry about the dogs. You guys, this is just dog mom life.
So my experience with Vendoo has been absolutely fabulous. There have been a few kinks that were sorted out very quickly, but I think the automatic offer feature has really helped my items sell. And when I'm making more money, I have more of a budget to source and do what I love, which is thrifting and estate sales. So this has been something that has really enhanced my reseller experience and
I also feel like when items sell, I don't get the anxiety of having to take them off every other platform. It just gives me a lot of peace of mind. And I think Vindu is really for everyone. It's for new sellers. It's going to be great to start organized instead of having to kind of get into Vindu and reorganize everything.
So experienced sellers are also going to enjoy this by optimizing and scaling your reselling business with ease and small business owners. This will be an efficient tool to expand your reach and keep inventory organized, especially if you're on Shopify and you guys know I love Shopify. You hear the ads.
So that is a wrap on today's episode. If you're a real reseller or thinking about becoming one, Vindu is a tool worth exploring. You guys, it takes the stress out of managing multiple platforms and lets you focus on what you do best, which is finding and selling amazing items. So this episode is not sponsored by Vindu. I simply have the referral link in the description so you can get 25% off your first plan.
And if you've tried it, let me know about your experience. If there's something I'm not mentioning, let me know. And I will let you guys know in a future episode, if they have any additional, um, you know, standout things on their website. I think someone's downstairs. Let's go see who that is. So I will see you guys on next week's episode. I love you. Bye y'all.

Before I made the switch, my business operations were really scattered. I was constantly juggling different tools and it was just madness trying to manage everything. It was so time consuming. But since I started using Shopify, it's been a complete game changer. I manage multiple businesses and what I love most about Shopify is how streamlined it makes my entire process.
I can literally bounce between my stores on my dashboard. And from setting up my store to the powerful checkout system and all the customizations they offer, Shopify gives me everything I need to keep my business running so smoothly. It's just so easy now to focus on growing instead of focusing on managing so much. So upgrade your business and get the same checkout that I use with Shopify.
