After an unsuccessful attempt to bring the Ark of the Covenant back to Jerusalem, David humbles himself before the Lord and gives to God what was dearest to him: Kingship. Psalm 24 is a declaration of David unto the King of Glory and an incredible example of prayer to all of us.
