No Latency - Side Quest: Sleighed Parade Pt4: Dr Forecast
Retro and his robins need to get past the storm and into the air, but first they have to make sure the rain doesn't drain them out of the sky. The missing plates need locating and installing and then it's up to the clouds to bring down this storm and to save the Holiday Parade. Hopefully they clear the skies before the Parade has to be cancelled for good.
