I head coach at the University of Evansville and Illinois State and is a Lifetime ABCA member. He came out of retirement in 2013 to be the pitching coach at the University of Iowa. He currently works for his other son with Diamond Sports Promotions. Jim coached a son for eight-straight years and a coached with a son for 14 years.
