A four-year letterwinner at NC Central, Marrow spent three seasons as the captain of the baseball team. Upon graduation Marrow went on to coach at his alma mater and received his master’s degree in athletic administration before heading to George Washington University for a season. Marrow headed over to professional baseball working in the Giants front office for 2 seasons and as the Orioles minor league fundamentals coach from 2021 to 2023.
