In order to harness the power of decision making we need to understand what it means to make a decision. A true decision means that we remove our self from any other possibility. Yes means yes and no means no. There is an additional element that must go hand in hand with a true decision and that is commitment.

It must have been frustrating for Henry Ford to discuss the emerging automotive industry with individuals who believed cars would never replace horses as the main form of transportation. Revolutionary change has always been met with fear and skepticism by the masses. We find it very difficult to embrace change and innovation.
