This week Audrey Moore) talks with Duncan Crabtree-Ireland) and Ray Rodriguez) about the SAG-AFTRA negotiations. Duncan Crabtree-Ireland is the national executive director and chief negotiator of SAG-AFTRA. He's had over two decades with our union. Ray Rodriguez is the chief contracts officer for SAG-AFTRA and has served as either lead negotiator or seceond chair at ALL major negotiations since taking on his role at the merged union.
