Illinois and Cook County pledge millions more for migrant crisis as Chicago amount unclear

Bishop reviews the latest in how Illinois tax dollars are to be spent on the ongoing migrant crisis. The state and county has pledge more than $250 million of an estimated $320 million for the calendar year. That leaves a gap of around $70 for Chicago taxpayers to pick up.
