Below is the 5 step framework I use to help me achieve my goals each year.
Create LIFE goals- block out one-two hours in your schedule and grab a journal. Answer the following question: What do I want to achieve in my life?
Create yearly goals.
Create strong purposes and reasons why you want to achieve those annual goals. Ask yourself: Why do I want to accomplish that goal?
Create weekly goals. Each week take 15-30 minutes, review your annual goals and answer the following question: What can I do this week to help me move closer to achieving my yearly goals?
