Andrew D'Anieri is a resident fellow and former assistant director with the Atlantic Council Eurasia Center. He discusses the recent trip to Kyiv of U.S. Senators Richard Blumenthal and Lindsey Graham. They made a proposal for a new U.S.-Ukraine economic partnership in the development of strategic metals and rare earth elements.
