Fedir Serdiuk is a young Ukrainian entrepreneur who is active in the field of emergency medical care in Ukraine. In 2016, he and Igor Korpusov founded a first aid training organization FAST (First Aid and SpecialTraining). FAST has more than 200 local and international companies among its clients. After the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, Mr. Serdiuk, Mr. Korpusov and a colleague Leonid Kopus established the non-profit PULSE to support the development of emergency and combat medicine in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
