Ukrainian Master Chef Yevhen Klopotenko travels new roads with Ukrainian cuisine

Ukrainian Master Chef Yevhen Klopotenko has become an innovative cultural ambassador for Ukrainian cuisine. Mr. Klopotenko applied to UNESCO to obtain international recognition for borshch. As a result of his efforts, in July 2022 UNESCO inscribed the Culture of Ukrainian borshch on the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in need of urgent safeguarding.
