In this episode, the gang discusses the basics of pension plans and why these are very common and widely used pension plans. In the past we have discussed pension plans such as 401Ks and how certain employers may match your investment. These pension plans are commonly used for retirement but certain ones allow for early withdrawal at either a penalty or a payback. It is best to get into a pension plan at an early age to help the onset of compounding interest!
