"NEO 3 TOKYO" is a new form of Tokyo created in the Web3 world and divided into three zones: aerial, maritime and undersea.

The aerial zone consists mainly of an animation and games zone, a sports zone and a 3D technology zone, as well as a zone where land can be sold to external parties.

The maritime zone has a business zone and each of the main facilities such as entertainment, food and beverage, VR medical and zones for business finance, with zones for exhibitions around it.

The undersea zone consists of three zones: an entertainment zone, including an online casino; a theme park zone; and a research and development zone.

In October 2022, MIZU DAO announced a partnership with PROTOCOL Inc. (Chairman: Keisuke Honda, https://corp.protocol.ooo)) to create a new Web3 ecosystem.

As part of the partnership, MIZU DAO and PROTOCOL will co-host online Web3 events within NEO 3 TOKYO, co-found a Web3 fund and co-finance Web3 projects worldwide.
