It's been a while since we've talked, and you're always in the midst of a lot of different world-changing events and epicenter for humans change. And now here we have this problem where all these wars are popping off. But as you and I have talked about, there's deeper things going on, isn't there? Yeah. The real war that people are unbeknownst to and they're going to get ready to hear about it because I've had to put it out there is the war against the brain and the mind itself. It's the final frontier.

And that's the high ground for everything that's going on behind the scenes. Everybody's attention is misdirected on this gigantic mess that's going on in the Middle East, which, granted, is important, but it doesn't even rank in terms of priority by the international global cartels and banking families, which are getting ready to phase out humans and go from carbon-based life form to silicon-based life form. What the hell? They got to do that to us.

So how are we going to stop it? Let's talk about what they want to do, and then we're going to talk about how we're going to stop it. Let's talk about your group first for a second to give some context to the expertise that you're dealing with here. And the reason I reluctantly wanted to come out into the public and discuss it is because this particular group that represents the United States has to interface with all the other international standards and technical community all over the world.

And the interesting thing is, and the totally horrific situation is, that this particular group is being ignored by our own government, is not being financed by our government, is being completely blocked out from any standing in the international community because China is running the show.

And as you know, and probably a lot of your listeners know, we gave all our power to China back when Kissinger and Haig were involved in their administrations many, many, many years ago, because this has been planned long term for quite some time. So China now is dominating our technological space, specifically in this area.

And I can send you the documents that essentially prove that because it's the number one threat against the United States and threat against humanity. Because when the World Economic Forum made their declaration saying they're going to reduce world population, they didn't exactly tell you how they're going to do it. People presumed that everybody's just going to be murdered. That's not precisely true. What they are actually doing is decapitating what it means to be human.

because they're declaring saying the future is non-human. Well, that's true. So they're getting rid of people, putting them into a hive mind by the voluntarily choice of people to become cybernetic, which we're

What he's attempting to do is get voluntary compliance from people that have health issues and utilizing his technology to allow people to see, walk, use their limbs again when they've been injured as an entry point to create what he's trying to do, which is something of sort of a

He's trying to create a civilized technocracy when us as a species, we're not spiritually evolved to do anything like that at all. So I'm not fully in agreement with,

with his assertions in public regarding that and what we're capable of doing because the God question has not been discussed at all with you or me or anybody else. They're just making these declarations and putting this technology out into the public field without our consent or knowledge of what it is and what the effects are going to be. Did they contact you when they put these phones on the market? No.

No, they did not. They just put them on the market without telling you what the biological impact is going to be. And then

by voluntary compliance got everybody to start using them. And in doing so, it augmented the central nervous system of people to prepare them for a couple of effects which are going to occur and are occurring now. The effects of instantaneousness in the news environments, which alters everything, and the effect of telepathy, which is actually what it's designed for, is to train people for telepathy.

And then ultimately for cybernetic merger between the central nervous system, the computer, AI and neuro storage, which basically people are now utilizing the brain as the new hard drive. So but the thing is, is you won't own your brain. You won't own your mind. You won't have free will. You won't have cognitive liberty. You will have none of that.

How does it get into you, though? Is it a chip or gas? You're an electric being to begin with. We're surrounded by electricity all day long. Everybody's probably been on here and talked about the dangers of 5G and 6G, etc., etc. And those are just like tuning forks to tune the central nervous system, the brain and the body, because we're always, you know, you're affected by the weather.

because of changes in pressure and whatnot, and that's a natural cycle, but it affects your electricity of the body. When you're surrounded by Wi-Fi, 6G, 5G, and as we're speaking here, there's hundreds of radio stations going through your room, FM, AM, shortwave, everything. We're bathing in electricity. And by the way, your body is affected by whatever they're saying emotionally in those radio frequencies, whether you hear it or not.

So if you hear a bunch of dumb, nasty, low-grade, primitive ape-type stuff from Mark Slingblade Levin, by the way, who's on talk radio, when that frequency goes through you, you're feeling a little subconscious wave of stupidity. If you ever walk, if you ever feel a little foggy-headed, it could be because Mark Slingblade Levin's radio frequency passed through your house at that moment. Exactly. Exactly. Right.

It's true. I mean, those subconscious frequencies all affect our cellular level, including our consciousness and our mind. Absolutely. The main message of this for people that may catch this, whether it's today, tomorrow, or the next day, is that they have to declare and assert their rights now.

And if people look that up, they can find that. I forgot the guy's name, but if you look it up in Wired Magazine, it came out. So that the courts and other law firms are preferring to put you in a new legal box, which the public doesn't even understand yet.

So what I've done, the first legal paperwork in the world like this has been already been prepared and filed in the county recorder's office and with the UCC. And I happen to have copies of that right in front of me. This is the paperwork for the Declaration of Independence from Neuro Law and Technological Tyranny. And these have already been filed, notarized, executed and filed.

And the reason that's being done is because in our current legal paradigm that we're in, most people don't realize that their identity is part of a corporate fiction and our country legally is part of a corporate fiction and people have to take their spiritual sovereignty back by going in and asserting themselves and

Because you will not be in charge of yourself. And they're going to have pre-crime, which has already started. And on top of that, certain groups of people are deciding to legislate consciousness by restricting your free speech. I know people understand that. Yeah, they're going to get AI so good that they can completely fake a crime you did on the video. It'll be indistinguishable. They can even put your DNA at the scene of a crime because I know the guy that invented technology. So you really have to

completely re-contract with the system who you are and what you are and what you will not tolerate in the system. How does one begin to do that process? Is there a website or a book or something they can read to get started? There is a process and I don't know if I can articulate it in a sound way that your audience could understand because it would take hours.

But the first thing you need to do is you need to go through the seven seals process and become the naked owner of your certificate of life birth and declare to the people that created this state when you were born that you are retrieving it and state for the record that you're no longer a dead entity in the corporate fiction system that our law and all our policies are intertwined with.

Dear God, I'd rather just go to Tahiti at that point, you know? Goodness. For most people, that's the case. But there's other people out there that have rebel genes that are not going to tolerate any of this and are going to start filing claims against the people that are aiding and abetting this process that is occurring right now. But now people can become international sovereign citizens too, right? By just internationally going from place to place every 90 days or something, right? Or 60 days, whatever it is. What you need to do is people need to, courts are based on the codification of linguistics and language. Attorneys are trained in certain codification related to the corporate fiction of the bankruptcy process.

You have to declare yourself as a living being, an act of God and not name yourself in that court, but go in and represent yourself as a living being, not a sovereign, because that name has been bastardized all over the internet. And by people saying that you're part of the sovereign, sovereign, sovereign,

Yeah, I wasn't talking about the sovereign citizen thing here. I was talking about these people who just travel internationally. They're just always traveling from country to country to country. And if you only stay a certain amount of time in each country, you just kind of stay outside of the whole giving. You can afford to do that. But you've got to alter your status, your legal standing with the system. I mean, you're a pastor.

So you're probably could understand what a courtroom is when Jesus named said who he was, his name, then they killed him. When you say your name in a courtroom without saying that you're the living human flesh and blood creation of God in the courtroom, those are two separate things entirely.

And if you say your name, you have affirmed and agreed that you're a dead entity within the construct, and you're no longer standing in the square, as they say. So you have to— Like that letter of the law versus the life. Yeah.

Yes, those are two separate things. And you need to assert that onto the system because the system, most of it that we live under is voluntary compliance. All your credit card agreements, you don't understand any of those contracts. You don't understand any of the agreements you do when you use your phones and they upgrade all your apps because you don't read any of those. You don't know what country you're in.

We're represented in DC, which is a corporation. We're part of a republic, but people don't know that. People don't know all the basic fundamentals of who they are in relation to their country. And they sure as hell don't know

the legal standing for cognitive liberty. And they need to because they're not going to get a second chance. This is the final act. We're at that crossroads. And it's the only reason I'm coming out in public and doing this. And I've been on the phone with...

People way high up in the chain of command that know that I know and are a little upset that I'm not going along to get along with this because it's God, family, country, not country. God last, family second. It's not that. Everybody has a duty at this point.

You have to do a name change status and do a whole bunch of processes to get into this position before you can declare what your neurocognitive rights are. They're merely templates that I used, but they're not final templates. Because once you're in a different standing and part of the system, you're in charge of all your contracts, everything that you do.

All of it. And you have the ability to change those contracts. Most people don't realize that, you know, too many people get paperwork from the system and they never rebut it. They just sign it. And you can't do that anymore. When you take your new position and you declare your cognitive rights, then you're

So there's a frequency coming out. Is that from satellites or towers or what are you saying? Well, it's a top-down type of warfare because you're completely covered by satellites. The satellites are integrated in all our cell phone towers, all our communication systems, and all of those communication systems are emitting frequencies that alter your biology and your brain and your thought and your mood and your tempo.

And on top of it, those same frequencies can be used to kill you.

There's NIST which is the National Institute of standard technology and then insights which is the international one So every time new technology comes out in the market, let's say We put out a microwave oven. It's got to meet safety standards

manufacturing standards and all these standards before it can be put out in the commercial market. And it's got to be agreed upon by all the international players. Because if I'm going to sell a toaster here and I want to sell it in some other country, it's got to meet their standards as well. So committees are formed all over the place to determine what these standards are. And it takes an enormous amount of time because of language differences and laws and all these things.

So free energy or specifically cold fusion, which we talked about here, it's going to have to go through these standards. And this is the first time in history something like this has ever occurred. So I have spoken to generals. I've spoken to intelligence people. I've spoken to scientists. And we are coming down the homestretch right now where now these committees need to be formed and determine what those standards are going to be.

Now, what's interesting is the people that I've spoken to about this, they said, you know what? This is all going to come out in Europe first, not America. And why is that? Because we're being controlled by a foreign power and they want us dead. They don't want us to advance technologically. They don't want us to advance as a civilization. They want us all dead.

So they're going to create a very difficult scenario in order for these committees to go through. Now, it's not impossible, but these committees need to be formed to determine what it's going to mean when you have a boiler arrived at your house, which reduces costs by 90% that you can run your house on indefinitely for like $20.

What's that going to do? It's needed. It's necessary. It's been working behind the scenes for a very long time. The boiler will run your water or your heat or your electricity or everything. They're going to come out and bring heating first because that's the least, it's the smoothest political transition from manufacturing into culture because it's

It was in the research phase and people were hypothesizing what would happen if. Well, we're not there now. Now it's like Showtime, people. So that discussion is going to begin now. But it's going to be a fight and people are going to have to assert themselves and stop being pussies in front of everybody when it comes time to put this into the market. Because everybody wants it. Everybody needs it. And all the morons that have been telling us we've been destroying the planet and everything else. Those are the same people that have held all this technology back since you and I were born. We live in a total false reality. Yeah.

I want to land the plane by, because I know this James Martinez is involved with lots of different, you know, multi-front projects. I want to ask you about what's going on in Congo. We keep hearing about Christians being slaughtered. I know that you're talking with the people at the very top.

In Congo, what can you share with us today? Okay. The president just came out and made statements that the agreements between the Democratic Republic of Congo and the United States are solidified and everything's fine. Sort of.

What he's saying is that the conversations have started and agreements are in place to do the right thing. But the fusion between A and B DRC in the United States is not remotely finalized at all. So I was in the DRC to meet with the president's cabinet regarding deployment of special technology there.

And during that time, I became great friends with one of President Tichichetti's chief advisors. And I told him who I was, my background, the whole thing. And right, this was before Trump came into office. I told him Trump was going to come into office. And I told them that their country would be the center of international attention because it's the richest country in the world in terms of natural resources in the world.

And that country would be up for grabs in terms of new partnerships and alliances because of the fact of the matter that all the other countries, they need those mineral resources for all their chips, their computers, their weapons, their everything else to do their little fantasy world that they want to create.

So while I was there, I was told by one of the president's advisors there that there was child abuse going on in the U.S. embassy.

I wrote letters to Boulos, who went and did the initial deals with DRC to initiate that issue. But the thing is, let me say it this way.

All the information environment and how we acquire information, what channels it goes through, are owned by foreign powers. It's not... Perception management is a business. And in that management, they don't want the public to know that the largest slaughter of Christians in history of history is going down in Africa right now. And the slaughter and the nature of it makes Gaza look like a picnic. And that's saying a lot.

That's saying a lot. So what's happened is the level of abuse that's happening in these countries paid for by foreign powers, specifically China, because there's about nine countries involved in the takeover of that entire continent. They are taking families, Christian families, into churches, beheading the parents, making the children watch, burning the bodies and then eating the bodies.

And I'm going to say another thing, because everybody needs to know this, your fake churches and your fake religious leaders and your fake people that have failed humanity. Totally. The churches have done nothing to help these people. So everybody remembers next time they go into a church,

what they're there, because the church is not the answer. You, the person are the church. You are the living church. Okay. So when you look up, look up to these people, for whatever reason you're doing it, you can remember that your Christian brothers and sisters in that country are being slaughtered like pigs. And they're, and they're, what they're doing is they're creating generational trauma by design so that those children will be totally screwed up.

By the time they're teenagers, the most of them will be soldiers and they will be assassins and they won't have any normal life whatsoever. All of this is done, being done and hidden from the world. So what has happened is I spoke to the ambassador, Ticachetti's ambassador, and they have asked me to insert this issue into the public square, so to speak.

And they're coming in to talk to the U.S. press to tell them what is going on. And also, they sincerely want a good relationship with the United States. And we're the preferred partner, preferred partner of anybody else. The United States is the preferred partner with the Democratic Republic of Congo. But there needs to be an open discussion with the world about what's going on there. Because for some reason, look, let me put it this way.

If that type of activity was happening to Jews, it would be the number one thing on earth, on every newspaper, on every TV show, on every radio station, on everything, everywhere, all the time, 24 hours a day. But since it's African people, Christians particularly, they don't matter. So I hope your audience and the people that hear this get that through their head, because this is a

definitively describes the nature of our species right now and where we're at as a species. It should never be happening, ever. And you're going to get to hear it, if you so choose to, by the ambassador and by other people that are coming into the United States that are literally begging to talk to the U.S. press about this. Because once that happens, then the world focus is going to change because the international community is kind of ignoring these people.

They are our brothers and sisters. And for the first time ever in some media environments, because I'm arranging it for right now, they're black, white, yellow, brown, all the colors.

family of colors are going to have a dialogue about this particular situation and what is being done to us as a species because I've informed their president over there exactly what the end game is and they're essentially if they even manage to stay alive they will be hijacked by all these advanced mind control systems and become nodes in some server somewhere for some bank and

Okay. That's not going to happen. The humanity is going to beat this stuff.

I don't think the brain interface is going to work because they don't understand. They have no technology to touch the soul and the spirit, really. They can get close to the soul on some levels, but... Well, they think philosophically that we don't need carbon-based life forms anymore. We need to be a silicon-based life form. And they're going to argue it because of the merger of the ET issue that is happening on the side, which everybody's ignoring. Right.

And they're going to that's what their main excuse is going to be. And that they were overpopulated and destroying the planet. We're just dumbasses. And but they participated in making us that because they wanted to be the players on the field that are the deciders. Remember, King Charles has come out and said he's king of the earth. According to whom and what?

That's the attitude. That's the world order, though. It's dying. I don't think they're going to win. No, I don't. But they're not going to stop what they're doing. What do you think is going to happen 10 years from now? It's 2035 and you and I are doing a show. What does that world look like? Well, for starters, I will be in your room via hologram. These stupid pieces of junk phones, they'll be gone forever.

The foams will be embedded in clothing and the arms. They'll be embedded in the hand. The neural storage will be in the brain for some people. There will be a significantly different amount of people on the planet and we'll have open communication with advanced intelligence in the form of biological entities like extraterrestrials.

Will we still have clean air and fresh water and everything in your prediction? I think we will because we're in the fight of not only our lives, our existence, our right to be here. What do you think about a lot of these people are really big about this geo event that's going to happen with the magnetic pole shift?

Yeah, I do talk about that. I know all about it. And they're all preparing for this big event and building, going underground and preparing. Do you think that's something to be concerned about? It's something to be aware of, but I don't think you'd be concerned about it. Because if you're in a strong spiritual sustenance in place, you know that there's no death. So why are you being afraid? That's right.

Because if you're not afraid to die and you know what happens afterwards, which I did, there's no need to fear. But since I'm in a living body and I chose to be here at this particular time,

I have certain rights to do so. And in doing so, I will declare those rights and assert them on this system that wants to extinguish us. What's a perfect day for you while you choose to be in this living body? Perfect day for me is watching the sunrise and the sunset, being in nature with the people that I love, seeing the animals flourish.
