This is a link post. Researchers used RNA sequencing to observe how cell types change during brain development. Other researchers looked at connection patterns of neurons in brains. Clear distinctions have been found between all mammals and all birds. They've concluded intelligence developed independently in birds and mammals; I agree. This is evidence for convergence of general intelligence.
