Brigitte Madrian, the current Dean of the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University, grew up visiting BYU’s campus with her father, dreaming of one day becoming a professor. Guided by both faith and intellect, she navigated some of the world’s most prestigious academic institutions while balancing the demands of home and family life. Her dedication and academic excellence led her to become the first female dean of the Marriott School of Business, a milestone in BYU’s history.
