From Talkocast Studios, this is Delay Deny Depose. I'm Jonny Llama. Today, we bring you breaking developments in the case of Luigi Mangione, as his legal defense takes shape and public support grows in unexpected ways.

Luigi Mangione has retained Karen Friedman Agnifilo, a former chief prosecutor from the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, signaling a dramatic shift in his legal strategy. Meanwhile, Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg suggests Mangione may be reconsidering his opposition to extradition from Pennsylvania.

The evidence against Mangione continues to mount. NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch confirmed that three shell casings recovered at the scene match the gun found in Mangione's possession. His fingerprints were found on a water bottle and granola bar wrapper near where Thompson was killed.

But perhaps most surprising is the growing public support for Mangione. A defense fund on GiveSendGo.com, established by 'The December 4th Legal Committee,' has surpassed $90,000 in donations. The fundraiser has drawn more than fifteen hundred anonymous donors across the country.

One donor, identifying themselves as 'A frustrated citizen,' thanked Mangione for sparking the awareness and thought across this sleeping nation. Meanwhile, other platforms like GoFundMe have removed similar campaigns, citing policies against fundraising for violent crimes.

Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg expressed concern about this public response: Celebrating this conduct is abhorrent to me. It's deeply disturbing.

As prosecutors begin presenting evidence to a grand jury, new details about Mangione's disappearance have emerged. A friend claims his family hired a private investigator after he cut communication in late 2023, following struggles with pain medication from an accident.

The case continues to send ripples through the healthcare industry. Someone has posted 'wanted posters' outside the New York Stock Exchange naming other executives, while a banner reading Deny Defend Depose was spotted hanging from an overpass.

This remains an active investigation. Subscribe now for real-time updates as this story continues to unfold.
