A suspect is charged with one count of shooting into an occupied dwelling in Flowood. Jason Hulsman allegedly fired several shots at the Gardens of Manship just after 9 p.m. on September 8. Plus, a homeowner in Pass Christian got an unwelcome guest as winds and rain from Francine moved in Wednesday night. The homeowner went out to investigate why his dog was barking wildly at the door and found an alligator in the yard.
