Following on from my previous video, I had to do a video on the things I have learnt as a landlord in London. These are 5 things I picked up after having long thought regarding it and dwelling on my experience.
There are many learning opportunities as a landlord and whilst at times, it is very difficult, it can give a sense of joy too. Like I said in the video, the property is the physical definition of my hard work. It has been a long journey but I'm glad I persevered and managed to get through it.
This is not a video to show off my property but to be a learning platform for others that might want to look into properties or property. Also, I can share my little knowledge from my experience to help and advice others.
