It's been a tough last couple of weeks as I have been experiencing a lot mentally and it has been affecting me. It affected me so much that I had to see a therapist. For now, the situation is getting better and I am sure it will clear off as the time goes.
The second part of the video is about choosing what type of life you want. Everyone individual mentally has the type of life they want and it is important you choose you own pathway. Either choice you make will come with its own sacrifices.
