This is for my brother who has just opened the FIRST African restaurant in Oxford. I lived in Oxford for more than 3 years and was unable to eat food from my motherland. This is something BIG and something that needs to be supported.
This should be used as a source of inspiration for people that believe they can't do it but my brother has shown it can be done. I went there just to have a chat with him about the restaurant and the foundations of it but instead, I felt inspired by what he said and thought not only me should benefit from it but the world. It was an amazing pleasure speaking with him and it's important we support each other. By supporting each other, that is when we will bring the best out of each other.
