This is a video close to my heart and it is something I wanted to get out there. Coming from a different country into a new environment, it was always going to be difficult to adapt quickly. But I managed to do so as due to English being the first language in Nigeria, this made things a bit easier in terms of communication. However, I started to face realities such as underline racism in terms of my skin and also bullying due to being different.
I know some of you's might have migrated to a new country and trust me I can understand the challenge so you are not alone. The incident which happened in secondary school brought another side of me and it was important that you always protect yourself before protecting others.
