This was a video I felt I needed to make as too many times, I see people rushing decisions and sometimes, I wonder how they arrived at that conclusion. Its a shame really and sometimes, if they just stayed calm, they would see better solutions.
Even for me, I have decided to begin to adopt this approach and that is with everything I do. From work to relationships, just STAY CALM!
Another thing I wanted to stress on the second part of the video was the need to stay calm even when in pressured situations. Too many people are struggling with pressure and if they just stayed calm, they would get over it. As human, we need a bit of pressure as it tests us but too much of it is not good for us.
Just remember, whatever you do, just stay calm and everything is going to be fine.
