Probably the most important video that I have done as I saw the damaging effect of mental health and due to that it is my job to raise awareness of it. Some of us take our mental health for granted but its about time we start taking it seriously and working on our mental health.
I hope this helps people to really work on their mental health as well as other parts of their development.
Make sure you share and like this video as this is something that people should know about and I don't want people to go through the same experience as my friend did back at university. He did not have to suffer alone but I should have provided more support for him to help him get through it.
