I am back with another video as I took some time off. I am back with a BANG as I am sure you didn't expect me to be on a radio show in Jamaica. MrCV is slowly moving along. Very soon, the name and brand MrCV will do a tour around the world!
I decided to share a video on mental health I did at the beginning of my YouTube journey and then I was asked to come share the video on a Jamaican radio show. It was an exciting moment as I know this is an opportunity for MrCV to transcend out.
I was asked to retell my experience on mental health especially after having a first hand experience. It was great to know and see mental health is still being spoken about. As it is mental health week, it is vital that people who are suffering from mental health come out and speak up.
