This video is about listening and being open-minded. This is something I have noticed people lack and these are skills or things people need to work on. Listening is such an important skill and I have seen too many people who are just passive listeners instead being an active listener. It is such a shame as they end up missing vital information. This is interlinked with being open minded as after listening, you need to be open minded in order to receive the information that has been given. It is important for you to open your mind and listen to people regardless of their age or where they are from. Everyone can learn something from someone.
