Cette semaine au Ohlala French Coffee on va parler du bonheur.
Et ça m’a fait penser à un exercice que je faisais pour améliorer mon anglais tout en me permettant d’être plus reconnaissante et heureuse dans ma vie.
Et je me suis dit que ça peut vous être très utile dans votre apprentissage du français et d’adopter cet exercice dans votre routine.
Cet exercice, c'est d’écrire un journal de gratitude.

And it made me think of an exercise I used to do to improve my English while allowing me to be more grateful and happy in my life.
And I thought that it can be very useful in your learning of French and to adopt this exercise in your routine.
This exercise is to write a gratitude journal.
