“Be the philosopher in the room.”
Dr Brennan Jacoby is a philosopher specialising in Trust (he wrote his PhD on betrayal). He is the Founder of Philosophy at Work, a company helping businesses ‘think their best’. He is one of the most interesting people to talk about curiosity, trust and how we can apply thousands of years of philosophy to doing business and working.
He also made a huge impact on me personally when it comes to communicating.
In Episode #20 I spoke with Brennan about staying curious, asking questions, how you don’t need to have all the answers, even if you are a leader. How to make meetings impactful and how to incorporate quality thinking into our day-to-day busy work lives.
