Hello, psychic listeners. It was high time for me to do another solo episode. And based on the title, this episode is about it being time. Time for what, you ask? Well, let's get into that. Nearly six years ago, I had been praying every day and night for direction from God, universe, source to direct me or use me in my life in a way that it needed to be. What do I have within me so that I can be in service? Whatever you need from me, God, let me do that.
The Course in Miracles has the same. What would you have me do? Where would you have me go? What would you have me say? And to whom? Another way to frame that is, how may I be in service or what is my assignment today?
For seven months, I prayed and I prayed and I didn't get any answers. It was like crickets, which is super frustrating, but I kept at it. I was determined. Then one night, just as I was about to fall asleep, I heard this voice loud and clear answering what I had been waiting for. You need to start a podcast. I sat up straight in bed and began to immediately question that voice because it wasn't the answer I expected. It also wasn't necessarily the answer I wanted.
I don't know the first thing about starting a podcast. I don't have the time. What would I even call it? What would it be about? Can it wait? On and on I went. For every question, I got an immediate answer and response. It's easy. You'll figure it out.
You need to make the time. This is important. A psychic story. You will talk with people about their origin stories so that others on the spiritual path won't feel alone. No, it can't wait. Something is coming and will make the podcast needed more now than ever. Tired, I fell asleep with the promise to look into it in the morning, but really, I was ready to keep on questioning and even proving to the universe how this wouldn't work. When I woke up, I picked the conversation with Source right back up. What?
What if I can't guess to come on? You will. What if no one listens? They will. This was the question, the one about no one listening that actually gave me the courage to do the podcast because, you know, no one's listening, then does it really matter? But I'm getting ahead of myself.
And the bottom line was that I was afraid. I've shared that before, that it was actually a difficult decision for me to step out of the psychic closet in such a public way because I was an ego and worried that my coworkers, PR marketing clients in particular, and everyone else out there would judge me. Other questions I had were things like,
What if I wasted my time and money and it helped no one? To which my spirit team said, even if it helps just one person, it's worth it. And as I did research, I was shocked to discover many things. One was that the podcast name was available. Everything else just started to easily fall into place one step at a time.
Later that same day, eager to find a loophole, so to speak, I asked again if doing the podcast was urgent or if I could take my time. And I was told just like the night before that no, it couldn't wait. So I officially launched a psychic story on June 6, 2019. Nine months later, the pandemic officially hit and the world as we knew it shut down and it was changed forever.
A big part of the reason we are here on earth is that we are meant to create. I get a lot of people that ask me, what's the purpose? Why are we here? And it is because we are meant to create. God, universe, source, experiences life through us, both individually and collectively, while at the same time, our souls come here to experience the ups and downs of life in order to have a frame of reference, yes, but also to evolve and grow spiritually. But we aren't meant to do it alone.
One reason we aren't meant to do it alone is because we are all interconnected. Everything is connected. Separate yet part of God, universe, source. That life, force, and source energy from where we came and where and what we will go back to when we transition out of this life. We are meant to share our unique resonance. It's time. Do you know what the most powerful frequency to leave the human body is?
I'm going to give you a minute to think about it, or a moment rather. Your first thought may have been love. And yes, love is one of the highest energy frequencies there is. According to the Spain Scale of Emotions, that's Spain S-P-A-N-E, they took 25,000 participants in a room and they were able to measure the frequency coming out of the human body with such accuracy that they could compare anger from despair or passion from elation. That's how specific they could get.
The most powerful frequency to leave the human body is not love, but authenticity. Authenticity measured 4,000 times more powerful than love.
You need to go through the ego and through love in order to get to authenticity. What does it mean to be authentic? One of the ways is when your words are truthful. Another is when you believe what you say. Another is you embrace who you fully are. It isn't about coming from a place of trying to say or do or be the person someone else or society says you should, but being authentically yourself.
That is what I was doing for a part of my life, not living authentically, not being the real fully embracing me, my essence, my soul. My friends and family knew that I'm psychic and intuitive and that I talk to angels and my loved ones on the other side, but others didn't know this fully or completely. And therefore there was a piece that I was missing, that piece to the puzzle, that step, and I wasn't being honoring to myself.
The podcast was not only the answer to my question of being in service for others, it was also the answer to being fully myself and living authentically in every way. And by doing so, not only would I be able to connect others around the world with their stories and where they were on their spiritual journeys and help them not feel alone, but I would also be able to share my authentic frequency, my unique resonance that is mine and mine alone.
Having this podcast has been such a blessing to me. You know, the initial fear I had at the beginning, would anyone listen? Would my colleagues think I was weird, et cetera? Those questions weren't even important. What was important was to create a community where everyone could listen about other people's experiences and
and come together wherever they were in their soul's growth and journey. The pandemic was that catalyst and the years that followed the building blocks of something truly, truly special. For me, the answers to my prayers, what would you have me do? Where would you have me go? What would you have me say and to whom really was a psychic story. Now,
Now, what does all of this mean for all of you out there listening? So many of you reach out and ask about help with feeling stuck, finding purpose or meaning. Some say they feel called to develop their spiritual gifts, become a healer or other. This is God, universe source, your higher self calling you in a certain direction. But you question it.
like me and the message that I received to start a podcast. I asked every conceivable question trying to get out of the answer that I received because it didn't seem like the answer I thought it should be or even that I wanted. I wasn't able to see the bigger picture at the time. I didn't trust at first. And this was after praying for seven months.
Okay, so I thought I knew better than God, thought I knew better than Source. Many of you out there keep asking if you got the quote unquote right sign or continue to ask for more. You ask questions. I don't know if I really should do this. I don't know if I should get started or even I don't know where to start. I want you to take a deep breath and take another breath.
and another. If you received an answer, a feeling, a knowing, a sign, an idea, that is your answer from God. That is your higher self guiding you through your intuition.
My guides and angels told me that people don't get an idea or are not led to do something just because. Some receive a message because they have the capability to do it, but so many of us choose to ignore. As a result of this, the universe will give that same idea, that same urgent message or call to thousands, if not millions, essentially stacking the odds in its favor that someone is going to take the ball and run with it.
We've been spoon fed for so long and programmed through movies and TV and other people that the hero is going to come in and save us. It is you, not someone else. We are it. You are it. Part of your role and purpose is to take that idea, that message and run with it.
Create, create, create with pure intention because those divine ideas that can help humanity are coming through to you. You have the ability. You have the unique essence and resonance to show up in the world the way no one else can. So create, create, create with pure intention. It's time. 20% of people have a fear of dying. 90% of people have regrets before they die. 90%.
And the number one regret people have is not doing something in life because they are worried about what other people will think.
So the majority of people out there are not scared of death or dying, but the majority out there will transition to the other side with regret. And the main thing stopping us from doing what we should, what we are called to do, is worrying about what other people think. Regret is most often tied to not showing up authentically, sharing gifts, or being in service to the world while living here on earth. But for as long as you are willing to be authentically you,
serve God, universe, source, and be a direct channel for what God wants, not what you want from ego, but what God wants for the world, the angels say you are going to have limitless divine ideas to help humanity as much as possible. And as such, there's no scarcity of ideas to create because the universe is limitless. The possibilities are limitless. Abundance, prosperity, and all that comes with it flows.
If your intent is to help serve and better the lives of others, you have direct access to an infinite supply of creation to help and serve others. And it's by acting on these ideas that the financial security, the health, love, and everything else comes with it as a result. When you open up to be in service, God, universe, source. So like you're saying, God, universe, source, I am here to work for you. I am here to help you. I'm here to serve you. As long as I'm alive, use me as a tool.
then this energy activates within you every cell in your body, every molecule within your auric field. It opens, it attracts that which is for your best and highest good. Energy is the language of the universe. Frequency is the channel in which to receive.
And if you're still questioning and continue to be afraid of what you were meant to do or what you're meant to be and are experiencing hesitation, keep in mind that resistance is a sign that you are growing. You are expanding your consciousness and awareness. You are on the way and you're at the edge of expansion. Don't be part of the majority of people or souls out there that don't want to get started until you know exactly what to do for the next 10 or 20 years.
You're never going to fully know. Start somewhere. Take the first step. It's time. Let's go back to what I was saying earlier. 90% of people die with regrets. And part of that is that they don't feel they accomplished everything they wanted to do necessarily in this lifetime. But our energy doesn't die. When we transition back to the other side, we bring with us everything we experienced and learned, including our desire to create.
Spirit's desire to create, God's desire to experience and create. We still get to pick up where we left off in heaven, so to speak, but in a more connected, soulful way. We get to experience, grow, and create there. That said, why wait? Why not be the most joyful, happiest that we can possibly be here in this lifetime and use our life to create in the present?
Yes, it requires a deep trust and faith in God, universe, source, and the direction we're going in. But it also requires understanding and using your intuition, that part of yourself that communicates with you in every moment of every day. Your intuition is like a radio station between you, God, universe, source, your spirit team, angels, loved ones on the other side, and even your higher self.
When you tune in, you receive messages clearly. You can more easily understand and follow that loving voice and knowing within you. Remember, energy is the language of the universe and frequency is that channel or method to share and receive.
If all you did your entire life was to take one step after another, following one breadcrumb or putting that one puzzle piece together, one after another of your intuition and what it's sharing with you, you would follow that intention within your heart and you would create, create, create. You would be in alignment of your purpose. But we have to do the work ourselves. Our angels cannot do it for us. They, of course, can give us the answers.
They can guide us along the way, but they can't do it for us. Otherwise, they would have. It's time. Just like the Spain research I mentioned earlier, science continues to keep up with this, by the way. It's really amazing. It isn't all woo-woo. There was this study by Harvard Business Review and business leaders who looked at all the facts and made decisions based on data didn't do as well as the leaders who looked at all the facts and then sat with their intuition and asked, what is my heart saying? What is my intuition telling me I should do?
Our intuition, our psychic abilities is a part of us and that's our superpower. Why don't we use it more? Being authentic is the highest frequency there is. Why don't we live in that state of being more? When we do, there is this spark within us that takes place. We feel this passion. We feel this desire. And when we listen to it and take action on it, the energy around us activates. It gets bigger and bigger. It expands. It ripples out into the world.
This drive and momentum that propels us forward and subsequently everything around us.
It's time. We get stuck in programming, in these limiting beliefs. We doubt ourselves. I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I don't know even what I want to do, but I know I feel like I need to do something more. Stay open, ask, and you shall receive the answer. It may take you seven months like I did, not every time, but it will get there or you will get the answer. And trust in what you do receive. More
Because as soon as you get that idea and you run with it, you're aligned with your higher self. You do the work of source.
Sometimes that answer will come in the form of a dream. Other times it is a knowing or a gentle nudge. Call that friend, send that email, research your options. When you wake up every single day and ask God, universe, source, what it is and wants you to do, you open yourself up in beautiful ways and amazing things begin to unfold. If you ever question which step or direction to take because there are multiple and you're not sure,
Or, you know, you're not even sure if that quote unquote what the right time is. Make a choice. Do the small thing. Sometimes waiting is that choice and that answer. And others, it's about taking a small step or giving yourself a timeline. Remember this. This is powerful. Making any choice and taking action in the present changes the future. It's that ripple effect.
It opens you up to a completely new energy with new information and then another step that you need and another. If you can take that first step, whatever it is, and then the next, you're going to get to where you're meant to be. And your angels promise that if you follow your intuition in that way, God, universe, source is going to lead you to so many amazing things.
This is what the world needs and needs you to share your uniqueness and your resonance as authentically as possible to live and create fully and completely. It's time. Speaking of all this and it being time, I have some news. One of the questions I asked my guides and angels when I was launching the podcast six years ago was if that was it. It kind of felt like,
there's this podcast and I felt the energy about how big it was, but it didn't seem like that was the only thing. And I was missing some piece of the puzzle. And, you know, going back to the thing that most people want to know about their 10 or 20 year plan and path, I was met with this cryptic response that the podcast was just the beginning. It was the foundation of something else that needed to be created.
And when I press further about that, I got this curtain blocking me in my mind's eye. Imagine the Wizard of Oz type of curtain. I wasn't able to open it to see what was behind it or what was coming. And this is my spirit team's way of politely telling me that I'm not meant yet to know what the full answer is. But over the last two years, my spirit team has been telling me that it was time to put in my notice with my full-time job.
But just like in 2019, I had doubt, fear, and more. I think there's this fallacy out there or this belief that I'm able to monetize the podcast or that the podcast and the sessions I do are my full-time job or that I have this team of people helping me. And that's not the case. A big reason I stayed at my job for so long is because it allowed me to pay for the editing and production of a psychic story. Without it, I wouldn't be able to offer free content. It's time.
I finally turned in my notice with the PR agency I work at and I'm winding down there. For those of you that are familiar with the Mr. Bean comedy character, there's a scene where he keeps walking, walking off of buildings, onto the roofs of cars, onto someone's head. Each step he takes, something else miraculously appears, making or clearing the path and allowing him to take each next step in complete trust.
That's how I feel at the moment. And the messages from my spirit team went from these gentle nudges, you need to leave your full-time job to be more in service to others, to shouting, the time is now, do it, here are the next steps. So I'm practicing what I preach. I am trusting. I have complete faith. And the things that I'm working on are that you, the listeners and clients, have been requesting for so many years. It's time.

This is something I've had many people ask me about, especially given my background in PR. So I really want to help and focus on the spiritual side of things and what that looks like as you're launching, especially if you are starting a new business.
