The Songs of Ascent is a series of 15 psalms that begins in a cry of distress and ends with a turning of captivity. Captivity can come in many forms – whether spiritual or even in the form of grief. No matter what it is, God is able to turn every situation around and up-turn things so that the captive becomes the captor and the victim becomes the victor!
