A caller experiences a "blue screen" error message on his eight-year-old computer that prevents Windows from starting properly. We help with recommendations for a new computer: at least an Intel i5 Processor (with 2-4 processor "cores"), 8-16 gigabytes of RAM, and a solid state or hybrid hard drive. Plus, we give information on how to safely dispose of a computer and hard drive while keeping your personal information safe.
