The homicide team also learned a little more about where Dennis was again from his cell phone records.

Dennis said that nobody else had his phone. Nobody else. He used his phone. And he was with mexico from five until .

If Dennis had his phone and his phone picked off a tower near the tories apartment, then police said he couldn't have been at max corns all night. So police applied pressure to max. Now there is any time a few of leather.

Then, as searches, court ordered paternity test procedure. Later that same day, he asks for information on how to cheat a swab purna test. Two days later, then he wants to know the best way to kill someone.

Two days after that, he's asking about getting away with murder july seventh. Then us looks up information on getting out of child support, july ninety th, performing chocolates later, how to kill someone july twenty fifth at four sixteen in the afternoon. Then a searches cyber space again, his topics, knocking someone unconscious and knocking someone in the head. The next day was july twenty six, two thousand six, tory and dean were murdered.

January sixteenth, two thousand eight, eighteen months after tory and baby dean were murdered, a very long investigation paid off. Then, as pots and his best friend max corn were arrested, denis charged with the murder, max charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice. IT would be another eighteen months until then his post went to trial.

His attorney, Carrier armstrongs, said his client was guilty only of not being ready to be a dad. Mister botz now admit setting fake those tests. He does. He admitted that to me, near the very beginning of the case, and actually, as you probably know by now, testified to that during the trial on the stand, denis told the jury he thought baby dean looked like him and said he suspected that if he didn't do something, he was going to have to deal with the obvious.

I don't want the term banks time, but I I need to figure out what else to do here as far as raising a child or or making child support payments .
