Armed with a Bachelors and Masters in Psychology, from Northwestern University, she developed a unique approach to help people access their potential for greatness. On one of the coldest days in Chicago, some 20 years ago, she pioneered Walk-and-Talk therapy born from the frustration and the belief that there were more effective ways to help clients than on a couch.
