I thought I'd share some learnings taken from my own experience with the application process as well as the advice of some most excellent guests on the podcast...written applications for hospital and community jobs can be a sometimes frustrating process. It is made easier with a bit of planning prior to job season and of course always keeping in mind the person on the other side of your application...
