Really enjoyed chatting with Tom who is a senior lecturer and OT at the University of Canberra. I found this talk of great reassurance - Tom is a unique lecturer in that he often posts graduate opportunities on facebook and is active on twitter with his discussions around his research on patient focused care (as opposed to service focused) and interdisciplinary learning and teaching...
Tom has some great ideas regarding future changes to OT and Physio programmes on how they assess students and he has also sat on multiple hiring panels in the public health system and gives some great advice regarding interview preparation and common interview questions for public health jobs ...
