I said from the second that I started this scholarship that I wanted it to feel like a community and I wanted it to be like I was a big sister to them… I have actually met with these students a few times now. We have gotten so close. Like I literally text them. I feel like we're friends at this point. I think it's important for them to learn… there is help out there for any student who wants to get a degree but maybe needs some financial help… I'm going to have them on… this is going to be such a fun episode you guys are going to love them so much… Leslie: I wasn't familiar with the college process, and, like, none of my family was either… I literally searched up the most beautiful campuses in the United States. And then U of Miami was the number one… I got accepted and I showed my mom and she was like, she was like, oh, like, thanks. Well, now you have to go… I'm first generation, so ever since, like, I was younger, my parents were always, like, college, college, college… the doors that have like opened to me since like coming here it's like insane it's amazing and I don't think I would have ever been able to achieve that any other way… Elias: I had no idea it was supposed to be only for one person… me and my brother. We made a whole movie. We filmed in New York and kind of showed the progression of our life… it was crazy. But yeah, so originally the scholarship was, well, it's for students in the business school… and then we saw your video, and I was like, well, shit. once I got the call, I was like, this is insane. Like this is not real…

The two thank her for the opportunity to be a part of the scholarship, furthering their careers and opening countless doors. They are both first generation in their family to attend college and are so grateful for Alix’s help. The students and Alix discuss how they have since developed a relationship and are excited to build the community of future Alix Earle scholars. Then Alix answers some WWAD questions to close the episode.
