Steve is speaking with Emily about their plans later. All right. Right now, we're thinking of meeting up at Main Street Pizza on Saturday at 8 p.m. Sorry, I can't make it by 8. Is it okay if I join a little later?
First, Steve introduces the basic idea of the plan by saying, "We were thinking of meeting up." And then, he gives explicit details about the invitation at Main Street Pizza on Saturday at 8:00 p.m. Here, "meeting up" is the gerund phrase used as the object of the preposition "of," and "at Main Street Pizza" specifies the location.
