金剛經-The Diamond Sutra與十分鐘mindfulness meditation for the parent-child正念情緒覺知

金剛經全名為「金剛般若波羅蜜經」，其譯本為鳩摩羅什法師的版本，最廣為流傳。而玄奘法師將金剛經的全名譯為「能斷金剛般若波羅蜜經」。玄奘法師認為般若的智慧能斷金剛習性。
「金剛」給人的感覺是無堅不摧、用金剛二字來比喻般若智慧。金剛的堅硬，沒有東西能夠破壞它，比喻般若智慧的堅固不可撼動；金剛的鋒利，比喻般若智慧對世間一切虛妄的徹底摧毀；世間一切法的準則，度過苦海到達智慧的彼岸，從生死苦難中求得解脫，是般若智慧對生命的最終救贖與指引。本集先介紹親子版正念練習十分鐘，再進入第十六品意涵。
