In Episode 6 I chat with one of my dear friends, Esma Ilyas. Esma, who is a mere 21 years old, is the co-founder of the famous company, Ivory Ella which has donated almost 2 million dollars to Save The Elephants and other charitable causes. She also is the founder of the online boutique Stargaze Jewelry which currently has a following of about 500k. Oh and she just launched her new clothing brand Cry Baby which not only has the cutest clothes but spreads a positive message for young women about vulnerability! Talk about a major boss babe. Oh and Justin Bieber might know her but you'd have to listen to find out...
