Gov. Charlie Baker delivered his State of the Commonwealth address last night and during his address he set the goal for Massachusetts to be at net zero emissions by 2050. Among other things, he wants to cut back on transportation as well, as 40% of green house gas emissions in the state are from transportation. Do you think any of us are going to give up our cars?
