🚨 Kentucky’s new law protects crypto self-custody, exempts mining and staking from securities laws, and blocks local restrictions. The state is also considering a 10% Bitcoin reserve. Nationwide, 19 states are exploring Bitcoin reserves, while Montana and others have rejected similar efforts.
