Today I want to show you how to calm your body down in a manifestation meditation. And the first step is to, when you sit down to meditate, to anchor your breath to the present moment. Which means you begin by breathing in slowly through your nose,
for example on a count of 4 seconds or 5 seconds. I for example love the 5 second breath, which if you've ever had a hypnosis session with me, you're already familiar. So you're breathing in slowly through your nose,
for a count of 4 seconds or 5 seconds, then you exhale again for 4 seconds or 5 seconds. And this alone, when you do that with your eyes closed, ideally in an environment where you don't have a lot of distractions, so please make sure that you put your phone on airplane mode or at least on silent, and make sure that the curtains are closed, that there's not too much light in your eyes,
And this can calm your nervous system and it signals to your body that now it's time to create, now it's time to feel safe. And you also have to keep in mind that if you always meditate in a specific environment,
then your body will associate this specific environment with the act of going into a meditation, or we could also say with the act of creating your future. So for example, if you always meditate in the same chair, then over time, your subconscious mind will associate this chair with the feeling of, yes, it's time to meditate, I'm going to go into meditation.
And over time, when you then always meditate in this one chair, it will be easier for you to go into a meditative state faster. And what you can also do, of course, is to, when you're then sitting in the meditation, if you want to calm your body down even more, and not just to calm your body down, but of course also to then send the signal out into the field and to draw the experience back to you,
In other words, to go into the manifestation process to activate the Wi-Fi signal that you have to the field so that your upload speed for the intention and your download speed with the elevated emotion is faster, you can go into brain and heart coherence.
This is something that I would always do before every meditation. Yes, to calm your body down, to calm your nervous system down, but also because you want to be able to send the intention out faster and to draw the experience back to you faster. And here's how you go into brain and heart coherence.
In the first step, you simply continue to breathe in and to breathe out in this relaxed five-second rhythm, and you then focus your awareness on your heart. You don't have to visualize anything, you just have to focus your awareness on your heart.
And while you focus your awareness on your heart, you can, for example, imagine, that's what I always do, and I know it's not physiologically medically correct, but I always imagine when I breathe in, my heart expands with energy, and when I breathe out, I breathe through my heart.
And then once you can feel a certain sensation in your heart, maybe your heartbeat gets a little bit more coherent or you hear your heartbeat or you feel a tingling sensation, a vibration sensation in your heart, then you can move to the energy in your brain.
And there you can, for example, activate by placing your awareness on it, your forehead, left side, right side of your head, back of your head, top of your head. And this is something that we also practice together as part of my eight-week one-on-one coaching program, the Abundance Reality Shift coaching program. Because if you know how to do brain and heart coherence, and you know every step exactly how it leads to the most effective results,
you will be able to manifest so much faster. I know it from my experience and so many of my coaching clients know it too from their experience.
So now you've activated your brain and you then focus your awareness on your head, on your brain, on the energy around your head. And then in the next step, you focus your awareness on your brain and on your heart at the exact same time. And that's when you then imagine the energy flowing from your heart to your brain and from your brain to your heart. And you can really follow that flow of energy.
from your fourth energy center, from your heart, through your throat, your fifth energy center, then all the way through the pineal gland, number six, then number seven, the third eye, and number eight, a little bit above the head, the connection to the cosmos. And you can then really feel this energy flowing up and down. And that's when you create this state where you have a strong Wi-Fi signal to the field. And of course, just like with your laptop, if you have a weak Wi-Fi signal,
Then the upload speed, which means in the case of manifestation, when you send the intention out into the field by seeing the clear image, the picture of your future, this upload speed is then very slow. So it takes a long time for you to send the intention out. And the same is true for the download speed.
if you then feel the elevated emotion and you want to download the experience, so to speak, to you by then drawing the experience back to you with the elevated emotion, if you don't have a coherent heart and a coherent brain, then the download speed will be so much slower. So again, this is incredibly powerful for manifesting, but of course also to calm your body down in the meditation. And in case you are really deep
in stress, like in the hormones of stress, and the moment you sit down to close your eyes, your thoughts go left, right and center, then in this moment you can whisper affirmations to yourself or repeat them in your mind. For example, I am safe.
I am loved. I am safe to close my eyes. I am safe to meditate. Because sometimes your parasympathetic nervous system is so much on alert because of what's going on in your body, because you've lived in the hormones of stress for such a long time, that it's really hard for you to in the moment calm down.
and that's why i invite you to do this exercise i invite you to relax i also invite you to if you want to practice that to for example touch your heart or touch your belly and to then create this connection between your mind and your body
that grounds your awareness in this moment, and that brings you into the state of calmness. So always remember, you can use all these different techniques that I share with you in this episode to calm your body down in a manifestation meditation, so that you can then manifest more effectively.
What you can of course also do, if it helps you, is to place your awareness on certain parts of your body. So for example, for grounding, you can, if you're standing before a meditation, you can focus your awareness on your feet. Then when you're sitting, you can literally, and it's not a joke, I really mean this, you can focus your awareness for a moment on your butt cheeks, because that's what's touching the chair or touching the couch. And
You can sink into the floor or sink into the seat and just mentally and physically allow your body to feel heavy, to let go. And this grounding technique can really help you to let go and to in the moment place your awareness on the present moment.
And another technique that is closely related to you focusing your awareness on a part of your body is to scan your body by not trying to fix your attention on one specific part, but by simply moving through different parts of your body, where you go from your hands to your arms, then to your head, then to your legs, or however you want to do it.
You can do that in order to anchor yourself more in the present moment and to really get a feeling for your body, because your body has to be still and relaxed in order for you to access the quantum field.
And what might also help you is if you apply some essential oils on your wrists or you have some essential oils in your room. I, for example, I always have lavender in my bedroom. It helps me to sleep and it also just feels very relaxing. So I'm a big fan of lavender for meditation and for sleep. I love lavender. Maybe it's for you, Sandalwood. I don't know. You can try different scents. But of
Of course, scent, or let's say a certain scent, can signal to your mind and to your body that you are safe, that the environment is clean, which is also part of safety. I mean, I can guarantee you that if you would, for example, meditate right next to a dumpster, it will be a lot harder for you.
to let go and to feel safe in this moment than if you're in a cozy room with a beautiful smell. So yes, this can actually work really, really well. And of course, you can also make it really cozy. For example, when it's winter, you can wrap yourself in a warm blanket
And you can just allow yourself to relax in the moment, to relax into this beautiful experience of connecting with your body, of letting go and of then meditating. And what you can also do is to speak to your body like a partner. Your body is your partner. Your body is your friend. So for example, you can speak to your body in this way. Thank you for being my vessel. Thank you for being my friend.
Thank you for now calming down so that we can create in this beautiful moment. And this can again also help you to calm your body down, because that's what we want to achieve before you then go into meditation.
And what I invite you to do is to simply use the techniques that I shared with you in this episode and to practice with them, to just try them out. I mean, maybe the essential oils will work for you, maybe it won't. Maybe the lavender doesn't feel good for you, maybe it does. Maybe for you, focusing on one area of your body works really well, but you scanning your body doesn't work really well for you. Or maybe it's the opposite.
try it out, practice with it, because the more you're able to calm your body down in a manifestation meditation, or let's better say also before the manifestation meditation, and then you can of course also use these techniques during the meditation, if you are ever finding yourself in this realm of overthinking, or you're focusing too much on a certain
aspect in your body that's going on, for example, that you're uncomfortable or you want to shift from side to side, then you can also use these techniques. And the more you do that, the easier it will be for you to go into the field, to relax and to draw from the field whatever it is that you want to you.
