To close your eyes, to be present, to consciously choose stillness.
before you really dive into the movement of the day. Or perhaps you've taken a break from the movement of the day. I really believe that here in this space and our dedication to finding stillness, to accessing this pause, is where we really come to know ourselves. So I'm so grateful that you choose to be here with me every day. Let's start with a big, deep breath in.
filling up your entire body with fresh air. And when you can't breathe in anymore, breathe out all that air slowly and all the way to the end. And then simply allow your breath to come into a nice, easy rhythm on its own, aware and grateful that your breath does this on its own, giving you life with every inhale and exhale.
Now feel your body soften and imagine the space around you holding you. Let your breath become a little slower, a little deeper. With every inhale, feel a gentle wave of calm wash over you. And with every exhale, feel yourself letting go. Letting go of any pressure, any worries, any tension you may be carrying.
Take a moment to feel yourself right here as you are, to become aware of everything that you are right now. And in this stillness, I invite you to accept all parts of you, not just the parts that you're proud of, not just the parts that feel good, but the whole of you. Breathe into that and let that breath move into the spaces around

In every part of your journey, every experience has shaped you.
