Good morning beautiful. Our souls can crave a refresh when there is heaviness inside. When we are feeling the weight of our responsibilities, tasks and thoughts. So this morning's meditation will help you dissolve the heaviness so you can begin your day feeling restored.

Place your hands on your heart and let's begin with setting an intention. I'm ready to let go of all the heaviness today so I can be refreshed. Let your hands drop to a comfortable position and then take one big refreshing breath in filling up your whole body with air.

And when you can't breathe in anymore, release it through your exhale all the way out. Let all that gray, stale energy release. Bring your breathing to a nice, easy rhythm and be here for a bit. Just breathing. Notice a soft,

tingling sensation at the top of your head feel it soften you as it dissolves all the heaviness from this area just like soap bubbles cleaning your skin feel the gentle tingling move down to your face your neck and your shoulders slowly relaxing your body

And dissolving all the thoughts and all the emotions that are weighing on you. Now feel that warm tingling moving down into your chest. Your arms and your hands. Into your stomach. Dissolving and releasing. Feel the gentle warmth down in your hips. Your thighs.

your legs and your feet, dissolving it all away and releasing the heavy energy out of you. Now breathe and be here with the absence of heaviness, noticing the lightness, noticing the spaciousness inside. You are refreshed, renewed,

and ready for the day ahead. Namaste, beautiful.
