Responding to changes and disruptions calmly and creatively takes practice. So today's meditation will help you to stay flexible, open, and playful. Let's begin by taking a deep breath in. Hold it at the top for just a few seconds. And then exhale and release. Another deep breath in. Holding it again.
And then exhale and let it all out as you sink deeper into comfort. Gently place your hand over your heart. Notice the gentle pressure and the warmth of your touch. Feel the touch of your hand over your chest. And even begin to make small circular motions there as you gently soothe and comfort your mind into relaxation.
Feel the natural rising of your chest as you breathe in and its contraction as you breathe out. See if you can bring to mind a circumstance or situation that has caused an upset recently. One where you had no control. Now imagine yourself watching that situation and instead of all those feelings of frustration or upset,
Imagine that you are completely detached as you release any tension and let ease flow through you. You can go with the flow. You can be easygoing. Just let go. Detach. Surrender. Namaste. Beautiful.
