Good morning, beautiful. Our resistance to something isn't always obvious. It's often hidden underneath stress or anger or fear. Transcending our resistance first requires us to notice it without judgment and with a lot of compassion. So allow yourself to settle into the rhythm
of your breath, letting your attention ride the waves of air going in and the air coming out. Bring your attention onto your belly, feeling it expand with your inhale and contract with your exhale. Relax and come into your stillness. Resistance can live as tightness
in our bodies, rapid movement in our minds, or heaviness in our spirits. So for the next little bit, take a gentle inventory of yourself and just notice where you might find resistance. There's no need to do, no need to fix,
Just noticing resistance can help us understand why it's there and even help it dissolve. So take a look again and notice any resistance that's here. Now bring your hands to your heart.
